Our End of Lease / Vacate checklist

General Interiors

  • All exhaust fans throughout the property cleaned

  • Air vents dusted

  • Flyscreens to be dusted and free from cobwebs or dust

  • Windows inside including tracking’s

  • Windowsills dusted and cleaned

  • Venetian blinds to be dusted (if applicable)

  • Doors wiped down and free from scuff marks

  • Remove scuff marks from all walls. If required walls may require a partial or full wall wash

  • Skirting boards, light switches, and PowerPoints to be cleaned

  • All light fittings dusted/cleaned

  • Ceilings fans dusted/cleaned

  • Clean all mirrors and mirrors of wardrobe doors

  • Remove cobwebs

Bathrooms & Ensuite

  • Vanity surfaces, tapware, and cupboard to be cleaned inside and out

  • Clean mirror (if applicable)

  • Shower screen to be cleaned and free of soap residue

  • Tapware and showerhead cleaned

  • Grout cleaned or scrubbed (where required)

  • Shower base cleaned

  • Bath including tapware

  • Bath drain

Bedrooms

  • Floor vacuum and mopped (where applicable)

  • Walk in robes cleaned inside including tracking’s

Kitchen

  • All cabinetry inside and out , includes tops of cupboards

  • All draws are to be cleaned and free of food, utensils, or kitchen items

  • All surfaces cleaned and free from grease

  • Sink and tapware cleaned

  • Walls and tiled areas cleaned and free from grease

  • Full oven clean including rangehood, filters, stovetop, oven racks and inside oven

  • Dishwasher (if applicable) cleaned inside and out and free from any debris from bottom drainer

Laundry

  • Clean laundry trough, tapware, and plughole

  • Cupboards inside and out

Windows

  • Put a sparkle back in to those windows!

Carpet Steam Cleaning

  • While not necessary for pre-sale cleans, for end of lease, a professional carpet steam cleaning must be completed prior to a tenant vacating a property. We can arrange this for you, so you avoid additional costs.
